The most basic use of the egg is to string the egg, turn yourself on, & gently insert the larger end of the egg. Feel the connection with your egg & yoni. You can inhale + squeeze the egg, then exhale + relax your pelvic floor completely. After 5-15 minutes, slowly pull out the egg using the string or gently squat the egg out. Soooo delicious!
