Shipments within the United States:
Within the United States we ship with USPS First Class & UPS Surepost. All shipments include a tracking number. We take great love & care when shipping your items. Shipments usually arrive in 3-8 business days. All shipment times are a quote and We The Goddess is not responsible for any delays. Once we've shipped your item out, the arrival is now in the hands of the postal service. Please inquire the postal service using your tracking number for any inquires about your package. 

International Shipments:
Internationally we ship with DHL International Standard. All shipments include a tracking number. We take great love & care when shipping your items. Shipments usually arrive in 7-21 business days. All shipment times are a quote and We The Goddess is not responsible for any delays. Once we've shipped your item out, it's arrival is now in the hands of the postal service. Please inquire the postal service using your tracking number for any inquires about your package.

Legally we must declare what the item is with international customs. Your package will be discreet and the customs form will declare the item as “Intimate Massager Wand.” This is not only legal but also necessary for you to be refunded if your item gets lost.

You will be responsible for paying for any fees/taxes (such as VAT) at customs when receiving your item(s) if applicable. International shipping and duties may be charged by postal service. We The Goddess cannot predict the fees/taxes nor take responsibility for paying them.

All international and custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is placed. If any such items is refused or returned, no refund will be given.

PACKAGING INFORMATION

We use cardboard boxes wrapping the products in corrugated cardboard wrap as a bubble wrap alternative to protect the fragile nature of the items. We ship discretely, meaning "We The Goddess" will not be listed as the sender. Instead, the name of our warehouse will be listed as the sender.

If you are missing any pieces to your order please contact us at hello@wethegoddess.com within 24 hours to report the missing pieces.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items for any reason. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please email us immediately at hello@wethegoddess.com

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, oils, or artwork cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse.

Once you purchase your item, we cannot cancel your order or accept returns due to the intimate nature of the product.

If your product is damaged (slits, cracks, chipped, or broken) upon arrival, do not use the product. Send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the item to hello@wethegoddess.com.
